Return Eligibility
- 30-day return window from delivery date
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Final sale items (marked at checkout) cannot be returned
How to Return
- Initiate your return through our Returns Portal
- Print your prepaid label (U.S. orders only)
- Ship items back within 14 days of approval
- Allow 7-10 business days for processing upon receipt
Refunds
- Original payment method only
- Return shipping fees deducted (except for defective/wrong items)
- International returns: Customer covers return shipping
Exchanges
- Size/color swaps: Free for in-stock items
- Defective items: Include photos for replacement
- Wrong items received: Use the “Shipping Error” form
Non-Returnable Items
- Personalized/customized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale clearance items
Damaged/Defective Items
- Report within 48 hours of delivery
- Submit photos of damage/defects
- Return shipping covered by us
Holiday Policy
- Extended returns for purchases made Nov 15-Dec 25 (return by Jan 15)
